Hypnosis is a deeply relaxing and transformative process that works directly with your subconscious mind to create lasting change. At Hope & Wellbeing Hub, hypnosis is seamlessly integrated into my sessions alongside Time Line Therapy® and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), enhancing the effectiveness of these techniques.
Through hypnosis, we can bypass the conscious mind and access the root causes of unhelpful behaviours, emotions, and thought patterns. This allows us to reframe limiting beliefs, release emotional blocks, and empower you to move forward with clarity and confidence.
How does Hypnosis work?
Hypnosis induces a state of focused relaxation, where the subconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and reframing. In this state, you remain in complete control and fully aware of what’s happening, but your mind is able to process change more effectively.
