  • What is hypnosis, and will I lose control?
    Hypnosis is a deeply relaxing process that allows access to your subconscious mind. This state makes it easier to reframe unhelpful patterns and beliefs. You remain fully in control throughout the session and cannot be made to do anything against your will.
